Show configured role-permission choices
The demo applies configured roles to invented records; this is not evidence of privacy compliance or suitability for real patient data.
Medical practice administration
ATW Medical is a practice-management workflow for patient administration, appointments, reviewable clinical-note drafts, billing records, recalls, and operational reports.
For independent practices reviewing a controlled administrative workflow.
The operational thread
These steps describe the intended local synthetic sequence; they do not by themselves establish current end-to-end browser readiness.
Create an invented patient record and demonstrate duplicate-warning and configured role-permission behaviour.
Book, reschedule, or cancel an appointment.
Draft and autosave an invented-data SOAP note, then mark its demo status as signed and locked; this is not a medico-legal signature or immutable-record claim.
Create a fictional invoice, record a manual payment reference, and generate a demo receipt; no funds are processed or verified.
Work through recall reviews and operational reports.
What the documented workflow is intended to show
The demo applies configured roles to invented records; this is not evidence of privacy compliance or suitability for real patient data.
Invented SOAP-note records move through draft, autosave, signed, and locked demo states. These are workflow statuses only—not clinical-quality, electronic-signature, immutable-retention, or medical-outcome claims.
Scheduling, invoices, manual payment records, receipts, recall review, and reports remain part of one invented-data demonstration.
Current boundary
This is an invented-data practice-management demonstration. Reminders, uploads, exports, clinical AI, and real-patient use are disabled pending separate privacy, clinical, provider, and production review.

A demo is for product discovery. It does not create an account, connect real data, or promise production availability.
